FAQs, Terms and Conditions

Shipping

Order Processing and Shipping:

  1. Cages are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.  Cages purchased on the weekend or holiday are processed the following business day and will then ship within 1-2 business days.  Sometimes it may take 3 business days for a cage to ship depending on the manufacturer or supplier. 
  2. Depending on your geographical location, you can expect delivery of in-stock items within 10 days maximum.
  3. Tracking numbers: Please request a tracking number through our contact form.  As we ship directly from the manufacturer, tracking number are manually requested and may only be available 1 day after your order has shipped. 
  4. Out-of-stock items: Cagestore.com is not responsible for orders of out-of-stock items that require a waiting period.  Should Cagestore.com advertise an item as being in stock at the time of your order and the manufacturer does not have it in stock, you will be notified of an approximate delivery date within 48 hours of your order.  You will be able to cancel the order up until it ships and your credit card will not be charged until the items is ready to be shipped by the manufacturer.

Delivery Confirmation: Unless requested, orders are not shipped requiring signature for delivery

Non-compliant addresses:  If you provide a shipping address that does not meet FedEx or UPS requirements and Cagestore is charge the $8 fee by FedEx or UPS, you will be charged this fee via your credit card. 

FREE SHIPPING does not apply to all cages. FREE SHIPPING of cages applies only to customers in the lower 48 states. FREE SHIPPING does not apply Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  We only ship to the lower 48 states of the USA.  We do not ship internationally. 

Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are subject to be finalized prior to an order being processed. In the event that an order requires additional shipping fees, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.  Martin's Cages do not qualify for free shipping

Return Policy
Cagestore.com will assist you in placing a damage claim with the shipping company or in returning any damaged or defective items to the manufacturer for replacement. In most cases, we will have the manufacturer contact you directly to schedule a pick up of the defective product and confirm your replacement shipment. Prior to returning defective or damaged merchandise, please contact via our Contact Form on this website.  All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. In order to place a claim with the shipping company, all damaged products must have original packaging. For all other returns, customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be returned within 7 days of Cagestore granting approval.  Special orders are not returnable. Credit will be given only after merchandise is inspected and found to be in resalable condition per manufacturers' policies. Return policies may vary by manufacturer and are subject change without notice. Credit will be paid in the form of a company check and issued within 10 business days of merchandise inspection.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made through your account or through our Contact Form on this website. After receiving your request, we will check on the status of your order with the manufacturer to see if they are able to cancel. If they can cancel your order, we will reply via email with an Order Cancellation Number for your records. Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped, or is a special order item. Shipments refused without an Order Cancellation Number will be subject to an automatic 25% restocking fee, shipping fees and any return shipping costs. Shipping fees will not be refunded for refused or cancelled orders. Special order items refused or returned will not be refunded, and will be subject to additional shipping charges if you wish them reshipped. Any credit due will be given only after merchandise is inspected and found to be in resalable condition. Credit will be paid in the form of a company check and issued within 10 business days of merchandise inspection.

IMPORTANT: Your order is not cancelled until you receive an Order Cancellation Number from us. To avoid misunderstandings, we do not accept order cancellation requests by phone or voicemail. Also, do not assume that your order is cancelled just because you send us an email. Emails are sometimes lost due to the volume we receive. We will generally reply within 24-48 hours that your request is being processed.


Product Descriptions

Cagestore.com relies of manufacturers and third parties for product descriptions, images and photos.  We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.  If a product is listed with an incorrect price, shipping terms, or product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or any other error we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed or processed for an incorrect price.  In the event that you were charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a create to your credit card account for the amount of the charge.

Should you encounter a problem with your warranted merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly.
