Delivery Confirmation: Unless requested, orders are not shipped requiring signature for delivery Non-compliant addresses: If you provide a shipping address that does not meet FedEx or UPS requirements and Cagestore is charge the $8 fee by FedEx or UPS, you will be charged this fee via your credit card. Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are subject to be finalized prior to an order being processed. In the event that an order requires additional shipping fees, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment. Martin's Cages do not qualify for free shipping Cagestore.com will assist you in placing a damage claim with the shipping company or in returning any damaged or defective items to the manufacturer for replacement. In most cases, we will have the manufacturer contact you directly to schedule a pick up of the defective product and confirm your replacement shipment. Prior to returning defective or damaged merchandise, please contact via our Contact Form on this website. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. In order to place a claim with the shipping company, all damaged products must have original packaging. For all other returns, customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be returned within 7 days of Cagestore granting approval. Special orders are not returnable. Credit will be given only after merchandise is inspected and found to be in resalable condition per manufacturers' policies. Return policies may vary by manufacturer and are subject change without notice. Credit will be paid in the form of a company check and issued within 10 business days of merchandise inspection. Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be made through your account or through our Contact Form on this website. After receiving your request, we will check on the status of your order with the manufacturer to see if they are able to cancel. If they can cancel your order, we will reply via email with an Order Cancellation Number for your records. Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped, or is a special order item. Shipments refused without an Order Cancellation Number will be subject to an automatic 25% restocking fee, shipping fees and any return shipping costs. Shipping fees will not be refunded for refused or cancelled orders. Special order items refused or returned will not be refunded, and will be subject to additional shipping charges if you wish them reshipped. Any credit due will be given only after merchandise is inspected and found to be in resalable condition. Credit will be paid in the form of a company check and issued within 10 business days of merchandise inspection. IMPORTANT: Your order is not cancelled until you receive an Order Cancellation Number from us. To avoid misunderstandings, we do not accept order cancellation requests by phone or voicemail. Also, do not assume that your order is cancelled just because you send us an email. Emails are sometimes lost due to the volume we receive.
